'The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.'

Rooms are small and noisy, personal has no customer service attitude, prices are really high in their mini market and meals, and only accept card, no cash.
When you go to the cafetería, there are other workers that go too, from mining companies I guess.'
'Huasco is a small seaport town of about 10,000. The hotel had a very Spanish hacienda feel to it. The manager, dinner chef and breakfast chef were outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef made me a fresh bowl of scrambled eggs in addition to the breakfast buffet. VERY comfortable couches in the lounge. '
