'Klar – ich würde es sachlich, aber deutlich formulieren. So wirkt die Kritik glaubwürdig und nicht unnötig hart: > Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Leider entsprach unser Zimmer jedoch nicht wirklich den Bildern der Unterkunft. Gerade das Zimmer und das Badezimmer wirkten deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und hätten aus unserer Sicht...

'I had a great experience at this hotel. The apartment was very spacious and the rooms were very clean. I was particularly impressed by how quiet the air conditioning was, which made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is exceptionally well-managed; the common areas are constantly being cleaned, and the staff members were friendly and professional throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.'

'The good: great location, close to subway station and train to airport. Adjacent to a mall with many food options, and across the street there is another mall with even more options. Room had a fully equipped kitchen and great views from the city. Breakfast buffet is pretty good too. Tha bad: It's strange to me that for such a good hotel, the swimming pool tiles were visibiliy moldy. So that's something that needs improvement .'
