'The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.'

'Beautiful house, really tastefully decorated and with everything you could want for a relaxed holiday. It was spotless and a lovely welcome pack awaited us on our arrival.Really well equipped kitchen, and lots of books and a few games meant you felt like you were staying in a home away from home. 'The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. 'We really enjoyed our stay in Geoff’s place. Ample space and all the facilities you expect from a holiday home. The only thing that would be a nice to have are some comfort seats for outside. But since we didn’t get 5* weather, we didn’t miss that too much (and indoor seating is very much ok). The house has a combination of old charm with modern elements.
