'Very helpful run the property , it’s a good location to walk to town about 10 minutes , the rooms are basic however that’s ok . Breakfast was 10/10 . Thank you'
'The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service.
First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.

'Fantastic place. Easy to park. Great customer service, awesome food, good size room and extremely comfortable bed. Only stayed 1 night but will happily recommend and will stay again.'
'Decoration of the rooms / restaurant is nice but the rooms are very tiny only a bed no cupboard, no chair. Price is too high for the quality you get.'
