'Excellent experience my first time using VRBO. Very quick responses for communication. Clean and comfortable. You can tell updates are being done, new furniture since pics taken. Beds are comfy and plenty of hot water for showers for the family. 'Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!'
