This is a self-service, non-hotel accommodation with minimal supplies. We guarantee a clean unit upon arrival, but there is no daily housekeeping, towel service, restocking, or toiletries replenishment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:

1st: Our maintenance people may visit occasionally for exterior cleaning or gardening around the house. If something needs to be fixed in the house and you do not leave the key in the key box, we might not be able to do repairs.

2nd: Due to Aruba’s predominantly natural environment, you are sure to encounter lizards throughout the island. While we maintain a clean space, some of the smallest creatures will find their way inside occasionally. This is a reality for all locals. It happens in hotels as well. Rest assured, they are harmless and shy around people.

3rd: These are our standard rules:

- Do not use the beach or bath towels to clean the house or remove make up, sunblock or tanning lotion.

- Always put the house keys back in the lockbox before leaving the property.

- Keep doors, windows and outside gates closed at all times.

- Please report any damage caused.

- Smoking cigarettes indoors is not permitted.

- You must book the exact number of guests. The maximum number of guests at any given time is 6.

- Supermarket cardboard boxes: do not keep them anywhere near the house, or a $10 disposal charge will be raised after your check-out.

- Don't rearrange Indoor and outdoor furniture.

4th: As our description states: our unit is one of the most affordable/ budget friendly in the whole island and does not operate like a luxury or hotel-style accommodation. The unit is self-service and minimally stocked. There are no daily towel changes, no amenity or supply replacements, and no toiletries’ refills during your stay. Please take into account our established check-in and check-out times can’t be changed, as they are foundational to our processes.
