Unfortunately, the check-in process at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived on time for our reservation, but had to wait over 3 hours. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and unprepared, and there was no clear communication about the delay. After a long day of travel, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made a poor first impression. While the room itself was acceptable, the check-in experience set a negative tone for the stay. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the guest experience, especially with Natalie , needs to be properly trained . Cleaning staff also left my
