SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will result in penalty charges. Aruba is a dry climate with an abundance of tree and palm fronds, so if you choose to smoke outdoors, please help us prevent fires by using the ashtray provided and disposing of cigarette butts safely.

BEING GOOD NEIGHBORS:
Please be considerate and respectful of neighbors. Please refrain from playing loud music or making excessive noise, especially after 9 PM.


HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self-catering vacation home, and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service, and a surcharge applies.

BATH LINEN:
We provide 1 set per person, extra sets are available at a surcharge. Bed and bath linen are changed only if you request our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (surcharge applies).

GUEST SUPPLIES:
Start-up supplies are provided; these are restocked only if you request our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (a surcharge applies).

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (8), beach towels, and a cooler.
We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

CAMERA(S):
This home has a camera outside at the front of the home with a view of the entrance and street.

Rules for this unit are as follows:
- No unregistered guests on the property
- Smoking is not permitted
- No glassware around the pool
- No parties or loud noise
- Must be 21 years of age or more to rent
General House Policies:

1. Strict No Smoking Policy Inside the House: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the house.
2. No Smoking Odors: Refrain from smoking near open windows or doors where smoke might drift inside.
3. Additional Cleaning Fee: A fee will be imposed for violation of the no-smoking policy.
4. Respecting Neighbors: Maintain peace and avoid behavior that may disturb neighbors.
5. Reporting Smoking: Notify the host immediately if you detect a smoking odor or signs of smoking during your stay.
6. Check-Out Time: Depart by 11:00 AM; doors will lock automatically after this time.
7. Entry and Exiting the Property: Use your entry code or phone to access the property. Ensure all belongings are collected before check-out.
8. Appliances and AC: Turn off all appliances before leaving, and set the air conditioning to 25°C (77°F).
9. Cleaning Up: Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Also, take out the trash, and place used towels in the shower. Leave linens on the bed.
10. Secure the Property: Ensure all doors and windows are locked upon leaving.
11. Damage Report: Report any damage to the host immediately.
12. Respect the Space: Do not rearrange or remove items or furniture.
13. Dispose of Garbage: Use the bin located on the side of the house.
14. No Parties/Events: Obtain host approval before hosting events.
15. Swimming Pool Rules: Adhere to all posted pool guidelines.
16. No Illegal Subletting: Subletting parts of the property is strictly prohibited.
17. Wildlife: Do not feed or approach any wildlife.
18. Parking: Use the designated parking spot on the side of the house.
19. Feedback: Provide feedback after your stay.
20. Doors and Sliding Doors: Please ensure doors remain closed to prevent bugs and natural elements from entering, especially during inclement weather or other natural events.
21. Inventory: Do not remove or damage items in the house; you might be charged for them.
