FUN Fabulous Family Vacation
We enjoyed the location, so close to the beach and lots of choices for dining. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities. It was great having beach towels and chairs to use for all our time spent at the beach.

Great Location
The reviews about this place were spot on. It's a short walk to the beach, and to the main drag with all of the shops and food. You don't really need a taxi unless you venture out, but they're plenty of them and easy to grab. The condo was clean and the neighbor was super sweet and helpful about where to go! I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking a little, I love to walk, my husband was tired by the end of the week, but he has an old injury on his leg.

The rental property was as posted. It was very nice, quiet and clean. While we were there the gate to get in was broken but was fixed the next day. Only complaint is that there are a lot of people not staying at the condo that use the pool area as a walk through to get to the development across the street. The gate to the back was left open. Might be because of the construction going on.

Perfect for small families
The 3 bedroom layout with a full kitchen and private pool is perfect for families as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms or suites. The location is about as ideal as can be for the Palm Beach area with everything within walking distance. We had a car because we also like to travel around the island to restaurants but it wouldn’t be absolutely necessary. There is gated parking though and again, it’s right off the main road so is easy to get to. Beach towels/beach chairs provided and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Modern washer/dryers available and owner was very responsive in replacing the propane tank for the grill. Great week—look forward to coming back once some of the travel restrictions fully loosen. A Covid testing center is within walking distance for the return trip as well.

I would absolutely recommend this property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! There was a great communication and answered all of our questions quickly without hesitation. He even went as far to refund our smaller rental for a larger rental. Thank goodness it was available. We look forward to renting with him again.

The condo is a great size for a family. It is tastefully decorated and a great layout. Enjoyed many a hour setting by the pool which is just out the back door. The location to the restaurants made eating so easy. I would strongly recommend this condo. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful condo
Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The pool at the condo was a nice amenity. 3 couples stayed at this condo and the facility worked for us. Pieter was more than accommodating to our questions and needs. Would suggest a coffee pot for ground coffee. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location and plenty of room
We just returned from Aruba and had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is very well located with lots of room and very clean. The pool was a great space to relax in the afternoons and always quiet. The owner was great and responded to my questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Wonderful place for the family
The condo is perfect. Large enough for our family of five and having our own kitchen and pool really makes a difference. The condo is located within walking distance to everything you want in Palm Beach, including the beach just on the other side of the Hyatt. Short cab rides to grocery store, downtown, airport and Eagle Beach. The only improvement would be a little better lighting on the back side when walking at night. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the owner could not be more accommodating. We look forward to having another visit in the near future. This condo is a perfect alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

Great Condo in Aruba!
We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Condo and had a great time. It is spacious and beds were very comfortable. The living room has a huge sofa and very large TV, and the pool was also great. Its a short walk from all the restaurants and beaches. Pieter, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend, especially for a family or group trying to avoid the over -crowed and noisy hotels.

Clean, spacious condo near everything!
We recently stayed at Las Islas condos and we already can't wait to go back! Our host, Pieter, was so helpful with all of our questions and quick to get back to us while we were there if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and a great layout for my family of 4 and sister and brother-in-law. The condo was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The location was close to restaurants, shops and the beach so we could walk everywhere. The super market is a short cab or bus ride. The private pool was clean and made it very convenient with the kids. We all enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to visiting Aruba and Las Islas again! Thanks Pieter for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

We were a party of 6 ladies and location was perfect couldn't have asked for more, shops, restaurant, and night life... But at the same time there was a balance for relaxation if needed. Being on the first floor had it's perks of laying out by the pool and accidentally falling asleep. Pieter was super responsive and offered up dining ideas and things to do. I would absolutely book his location again and will.

Perfect accommodation in a great location.
We are a family of four and our daughter brought a friend. The condo is located in a perfect location for us. Near Palm beach but in a quiet area. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay for the five of us. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The property owner was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful to us in securing a taxi to return to the airport.

Wonderful vacation
We absolutely loved our condo!! The location was perfect. Two block from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to get to the pool. Pieter was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to my next visit.

Grown Up Girls Trip
This property was everything that was described and everything that you see in the photos is as it is. There were 4 of us celebrating my 51st. Condo is a convenient walk to the beach shopping and restaurants there's a mall with a movie theater within 500 feet. We were able to walk out of our patio and enjoy the pool. We had acess to the gas grill and used it after stopping on the market that is on the way. Pieter was a excellent host even though he was not on site was still available for our needs. I will definitely recommend this property and will be back myself for the Soul Beach Music Festival.

TERRIFIC LOCATION and Owner
Location is in such a great place if you want to be in the middle of everything but with enough distance that youre not in the chaos if you dont want to be. We had 3 teenagers with us and it made it really easy to have them feel independant and come and go into town at their leisure. We walked to the coffee shops and smoothie shacks every morning with 5min. Rental chairs and tiki huts can be rented in between the hotel locations right on the beach. Most excursions will come pick you up if you provide them with the property address of Las Islas (next to Aruba escape room). We rented a truck through Bjs travel and it was perfect. It was a minivan H-1 category. It could fit 9 with enough room as a suburban for luggage in the back. Made it worth every penny rather than paying to take taxi to and from airport and just driving around with a large group. We met a few sets of renters and neighbors. Everyone was nice and plesant. We didnt cook but there are enough basics to get you through the process. We did have an issue with the TV in the front room closest to the road and peter was attentive and even had it swapped out for us until they remedied the issue with the existing tv. Cons: as written in other reviews the dryer is like watching water boil. Peter did say they were replacing it.

Great Accommodation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were of nice quality. We loved being on the first floor and having the table outside to eat at and the pool just steps away. Peter is very accessible and responsive to any questions that we had while we were there. We stopped at the supermarket on our way there with our taxi which was a great suggestion from Pieter. It was appreciated that he brought over paper towels for us after not knowing we would need them. I would suggest he provide a list of items he provides so the guest knows better what to purchase on their own. The location was great and walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants and night life. We found a very nice man who set us up with beach chairs and umbrellas daily along the water. It was nice not to have to deal with crowded hotels Christmas week and waking up so early to secure lounge chairs. The condo itself was very lovely and the grounds were very well kept and pretty. The walk to the beach is easy and done by walking out the back of the pool area and crossing the Hyatt's parking lot. The walk at night was dark and would be nicer if better lit. All in all we loved our first time in Aruba and would stay again at Pieter's condo.

An excellent choice!
I traveled to Aruba with my husband, son, daughter and son-in-law. The condo was a perfect set-up for us. We all had our own spaces and plenty of room in the common areas. All the amenities were as good as promised. The location was great, close to restaurants etc and the beach. We enjoyed the bar/restaurants on the piers. We rented a car and went to other beaches and toured the island, but you wouldn’t need too. The pool was a great spot for relaxing and meeting the others staying in the complex. We saw Pieter a couple of times. He was always friendly and helpful. Our kids said they would return to Aruba and stay here again since they had such a great time. Thanks, Pieter, for making our trip memorable.

FABULOUS, our first time renting a vacation place on line. The owner meet us at the condo with Champagne & explained everything to us. The condo is 1 1/2 blocks walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, & shopping, you don't even need to use a car. There were 5 adults, 2 king size beds with 2 full baths up stairs, & 1 bed room down stairs with 2 twin beds & a bath, just what we needed. Very clean & happy we stayed there & would stay there again & will tell all our friends about it.

Beautiful Condo in Palm Beach
Simply amazing! This is only way to describe our stay here. The condo was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Palm Beach. The decor was very modern and stylish. Very comfortable furnishings. Loved the bathrooms. Plenty of space for your clothes. To be able to walk right out the back of the condo to the back patio and the pool is the best. Everyday we spent a few hours just chilling by the pool. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for a family!
We were a family of four traveling to Aruba for a week. While traveling with my children always love to have extra space. Really hate being cramped into one small hotel room. We found this listing and it had great reviews so I pounced on it. The condo is lovely. All brand new furnishings. There’s a beautiful pool in the back which is hardly used and the kids had fun it this week. The location is excellent. My biggest concern was that we would not be able to get an umbrella at the beach. The beach at Palm Beach is perhaps a 5 to 7 minute walk. We were able to find a place near the Playa Linda call the pelican bar restaurant. At front of this place they were umbrellas which we were able to get in the middle of the day. We did not have to get there at the crack of dawn. The umbrellas were for free and there are chairs supplied here. However we rented chairs we can lie down for five dollars a day. The location is excellent. It’s a five minute walk to the Palm Beach Mall where there are movie theaters/arcade/ bowling Alley/restaurants. It’s a five minute walk to the high-rise district. Five minute walk to the Starbucks. You really don’t need a car although we did take taxis to several restaurants that were not in the high-rise district. We also rented a car to go to baby Beach one day. Otherwise though everything is within easy walking distance. Pieter is an excellent host. Very responsive. We had Internet issues one evening and he was over in 15 minutes to try to fix them. I guess if I have to come up with one negative the only thing is that the washing machine is small. If you have a large family and need to wash a lot of towels you have to do a couple of loads each day and the washing machine takes forever. The “fast” cycle takes an hour. The regular cycle is like four hours for some reason. However that obviously is a small negative. Overall we were very happy with this place. Excellent and safe place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

One of Our Best Trips Ever!
Location, Location, Location in real estate and vacation rentals is all important. We were a short 3-5 minute walk from the beach, activities and restaurants available in Palm Beach, Aruba. I am always skeptical when I see "no rental car needed" but in our case we managed very well without a car. We only used taxis to and from the airport and once to the grocery store. Public transportation is easy and readily available. Pieter greeted us upon arrival and checked with us multiple times during the week to be sure that we were not lacking for anything. I have never dealt with a property owner/manager so interested in the comfort of his guest. Wonderful job Pieter! The condo/ apartment is only about a year old and very nicely furnished and equipped for guests. We had 3 couples and we all agreed that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host.

Perfect for us!
We had a wonderful time at Pieter's place! Property was very clean and inviting, pool was nice to cool off in. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Fantastic condo, location, and owner!
We stayed at this condo for a week in January 2018 and our experience far exceeded our expectations! Our group consisted of three couples and the accommodations worked out great. The location of this condo is ideal. It is within a short walking distance to Palm Beach, many restaurants and shopping. There is no need to rent a car. The condo is furnished tastefully with comfortable furniture, heavenly beds, and fabulous pillows and bedding. This condo is on ground level, so it has a large patio that we used every day. Pieter was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay fabulous. We would highly recommend renting from Pieter. We certainly plan to return and will rent from Pieter again.

Pieter's property is great!
Property is awesome. Contemporary decor and very clean. Pool is cleaned every couple of days. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the high-rise resort district. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. We were there with Mother/Father in-law and brother/sister in-law. Everyone loved Pieter's place and had a thoroughly great vacation. Pieter provided a "welcome" bottle of champagne, which we saved for a celebratory wedding anniversary toast. Pieter came by to make sure we were settled in, knew how to operate all the gadgets (like the mood lighting!).

An Amazing Experience!
I rarely take the time to write a review but I felt I had to for this property! My family and I spent a week at this condo and it was great! The furnishings are outstanding, there is a TV with satellite, TV in master bedroom with Netflix, two Amazon Fires throughout the condo to control lights etc. This place was met for someone to live in not rent for a week! The bedrooms are large and each has there own bathroom adjacent or nearby (no fighting for a bathroom here!). In addition, the kitchen is stocked with some pots and pans, knives, etc. to do some cooking! My family cooked like breakfast and lunch nearly every day, and then placed everything in the dishwasher! The owner (Pieter) has even purchased dishwashing detergent to make it easy to wash everything, super awesome! Also when my family got there Pieter had some chocolate cake, strawberries, some wine, and beer waiting for us in the fridge! Pretty awesome if you ask me! Who does that? Pieter! In addition, he gave us a tour, told us how to access the beaches, get around town, and even made some dinner reservations for us at some local restaurants. Hands down if we go back to Aruba I would stay here again and again! The location is great, near the shops, nightlife, grocery store, beaches, and basically everything Aruba has to offer but without all the crazy large amounts of tourists! Perfect Condo for Amazing Stay
We have been coming to Aruba for years and I just loved staying at this condo. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo is modern and meticulous. Pieter was welcoming and attentive to all of our questions. The condo is so close to everywhere that we didn't need a car and only once took a taxi to a restaurant by the airport. It is a 3 minute walk to the movies, restaurants and about 5 minutes to the beach. A few days we stayed at the condo and hung out by the pool and it was perfect. You can sit on your deck, watch the kids swim and go in and out as needed. We even stayed in one evening and grilled on the patio. The condo had everything we needed and special bonuses like cool lighting and also Netflix in all the bedrooms and reliable, fast internet. We are playing to stay at this condo again.

Let me start by saying that it's highly likely that we will stay here again! I wanted to give Pieter and his awesome condo five starts, but couldn't for the reasons stated below. Before I get to the specifics though, let me start by setting the stage for our visit... We were three couples visiting from the Midwest United States and none of us had been to Aruba before. We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived, but were pleasantly surprised. Now to the details... Booking and subsequent process prior to arrival: Nothing but five stars here. Pieter was super responsible throughout. Arrival: Pieter was waiting for us when we arrived, with a big smile and a firm handshake to say hello. He and I had interacted quite a bit before arrival, so in some ways is was like we knew each other and I think we were both happy to finally meet. Stay throughout: This is the only area where I had to knock the rating down. There was very little toilet paper in the condo. It didn't feel like the sort of thing that you call the owner about, so we didn't. But it meant that we had to buy toilet paper along the way. The combo washer/dryer is a bit of a disaster. I think it's fairly new, but it doesn't work well at all. And since there weren't tons of towels, it was a long hassle trying to figure out how to get clean towels. When you're in the Caribbean, towels are incredibly important! Everything else during the stay was amazing. The pool area is awesome! The condo overall is awesome! Pieter had a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. There's a security guard at night, so that's comforting. The area is close to the hotel zone and beach, only about a 6 minute walk. Really great stay overall. If Pieter fixes the few areas mentioned, it's a perfect 5 stars. And even w/o those areas being fixed, I would still give it a 4.5 if that were an option on HomeAway. Thanks for everything Pieter and we will see you again!

Hi Nate, It was a pleasure having you and your group for 5 nights! For us it is most important that you would have had an excellent stay, not just a very good one. A 5 star review should have gone with it. I am sorry to hear that there were 2 things not 100%. We will certainly make sure to give some extra toiletpaper. Normally 2 toilet rolls per bathroom is sufficient. We were not aware that you had some problems with the washer/dryer. I wished you had let me know so I would have had the opportunity to explain the machine. It would have made your stay even more memorable! Great location, great host!
What a wonderful weekend property! Luxurious and so close to everything! Just 5 minutes walk to hear beach and nightlife. At least we can have a drink when we went out. We didn't need a car. That saved a lot of money. Pieter was fabulous. Pieter, thanks a lot for everything you have done! You are the best!! Thanks again for everything! We will certainly be back.

Excellent property and location. Excellemt owner as well. Peter was great, responds quickly, and assits with everything. Property was clean and very updated. 5 min walk to beach or less. Close to food and shopping. No car needed. A++++++!

Perfect place in Palm beach
Las Islas #4 was beautiful. It is in a perfect location. A 3 minute walk to the beach and all the hot spots. The condo has everything you need and plenty of room for a group of 6 i would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a condo in the Palm beach area.

Amazing place, amazing location!
This was definitely one of my favorite vacation rentals. The apartment had everything we could've possibly asked for. Location was perfect, close to so many restaurants, beaches, bars, nightlife. Everything in the apartment was top notch. Beds were like heaven! Felt like we were living in a five star hotel. Pieter was also extremely accommodating. Always making sure we have everything we need and even offering to help us with restaurant reservations. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Luxury in Paradise!
We visited Aruba at the end of January for 9 days. Our group of six included two grandparents, my husband and myself, along with our five year old daughter and nine year old son. After visiting several online sites, I found Pieter’s Las Islas condominium -- exactly what our family was looking for. I emailed him prior to our arrival with a few questions, and he responded very quickly. Pieter was there to greet us when we arrived to Las Islas. He gave us a tour and all I can say is WOW, this place is amazing! The condo isn’t like most rentals. It is your very own 5 star hotel for the week!! The home is immaculate, high-end and modern. From the décor, bath fixtures and furniture to the incredibly comfortable beds, Pieter has spared no expense. Each bedroom has its own full bath, and both master bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. Big, fluffy beach and bath towels are stocked in each room. Pieter also provides travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in every bathroom. The pool is just outside the door and has a jetted hot tub, as well as lounge chairs. The pool was not too deep, which was great for my kids -- who loved to splash and play in the evenings after a day in the sun. The grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away, and we had several meals at home using the full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glass wear, silverware, pots and cooking utensils. I called Pieter to ask about a blender, and within hours he arrived with a Nutribullet Pro! It’s also only an easy walk to Palm Beach, which has tons shopping and dining options. On both Eagle and Palm Beaches, you can rent a lounge chair for the day enjoy the beach bars and restaurants, or bring the beach chairs and a cooler from the condo. We rented a car, but you really don’t need to. There are plenty of taxis by the hotels. If you rent a car, parking is free and the complex has a security guard at night. We’ve been to the island four times and have always felt safe, but it was also nice to know the complex is gated and monitored. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Pieter’s condo in Las Islas. Thanks Pieter!
