Het is een prachtig ruim huis speciaal voor een gezin van middelgrote tot grote special voor 7 of 8 personen die een zeer aangenaam verblijf willen doorbrengen comfortabel de drie kamers zijn geweldig en zeer goed ingericht, het huis is gelegen in een luxe privécomplex met veel amenitis zoals gym, tennisbanen, 3 gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, barbecue, clubhuis met restaurant, we zijn zeer dicht bij het toeristische hart van het eiland in de buurt van de beste stranden en de hotelzone gelegen

Great house & resort; Family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has all amenities we needed. The resort felt safe, with security scanning. With kids it is so nice to stay there. We had a private pool in our back yard and 3 others on the premises. All and all a very great experience of being in Aruba. We're looking forward to go again.

The property matches the pictures online perfectly. It’s very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The house is located in a quiet gated community near Palm Beach, which makes it convenient for everything. Victor is an excellent host—very responsive and friendly. I’m extremely happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for 11 days and the property was great. The check in process was easy and the place was clean. We enjoyed the pool after hot days at the beach. The unit supplied beach chairs, towels and a cooler as stated. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need and the outdoor grill was great. We had no issues with anything in the condo. The AC units worked well and the communication with Victor was easy, and he responded in a timely manner. The bed was comfortable and as stated earlier, everything was great.

The check in instructions need to be updated and expanded. We were given the wrong internet access information, no instructions on use of TV's and no information on opening safe to store valuables. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom fell completely off when we raised the lid, the sliding door would not lock in one of bedrooms, and batteries were dead in a TV remote. These are ALL items that should have been discovered and rectified prior to our arrival.The pool is too small to be enjoyable but the main pool is accommodating. A previous review mentioned there was no King size bed on this property which is true, but property description has not been changed.We're giving this property a 4 star review based on poor communication from the owner. We attempted contact on arrival and had not heard anything for 4 hours at which time we were forced to contact VRBO support for assistance in getting Victor to respond.When the staff arrived to try and remedy our concerns, they were very helpful (limited English) and apologetic.

Excellent Communication

Victor is amazing to work with! He answered all our questions/concerns immediately. He helped us book a rental car for our trip as well. Gold Coast is a great resort area to stay in-pools, gym, and the restaurant onsite was excellent. The private pool was nice to have for our kids. The only negative for us was that the master bedroom is listed as having a king bed-it does not. It is a queen bed. Everything else in the listing was accurate. Nice stay!

Beautiful Complex

Our host Victor and his team were great to work with. Any issue that we had, was dealt with instantly. Communication with our host was excellent. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was refreshing to have in the backyard. The only problem I have with this unit, is it just needs a little TLC. Other than that we had another great stay in our “ One Happy Island”.

Came down with my girlfriend very secluded very private. Everything we needed was right there been coming to Aruba for 25 years was one of the best places I've stayed. I am timeshare owner at the Marriott and I would probably do this again.

Great property in Gold Coast

Our family of 6 and a small dog had the pleasure of staying in this property for 2 weeks. The property was well appointed with all we needed. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook some meals at home and it had a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. Every bedroom has air conditioning as well as the living room. This property is inside a very well maintained neighborhood with 3 pools and 24 hr live security not just gated. Which gives you a sense of community. It is located in the north side of the island and requires a car to be able to explore all the wonderful beaches and restaurants. The host was very responsive and addressed any issues immediately. I would recommend this property and would stay here again in a future trip.

Wonderful Place to Call Home

The condo was very spacious and clean and had all amenities as advertised. The gated community had three pools, gym, restaurant and bar which had great staff and the community was welcoming and safe! Overall the island is wonderful and we loved our three weeks. Host was helpful when needed and allowed us a later checkout to accommodate our flight time. Would highly recommend.

Great time at Gold Coast

The property was exactly as described. Lots of space for a family of 5 and lovely outdoor space. We really enjoyed our time there and Victor was a pleasure to work with. The property could use a few more amenities in the kitchen but we made it work with the pots and pans there. Some things were broken such as the cork screws. The furniture including the beds were all comfortable and the kids loved the hammocks. Some of the furniture is getting worn but nothing to effect our enjoyment of the place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the pools are nice.

Great property located in a very safe neighborhood

We stayed in this property from Jan 1st to 10th. It met all our expectations. We are a family of six and this house suits our needs. When we checked in, everything was provided by Victor and his team. I have requested for a high chair and a crib for my 2 year old and they were all set up when we arrived. The house was well stocked up with all the things you need to be comfortable staying at house including hand soaps, body soaps, laundry detergent (few), dishwasher soap, etc. We cooked every day either for breakfast or dinner and there was enough pots, pans. Plates etc. there is also a bbq which is such a great addition. There were plenty of beach towels provided and the beach chairs are a bonus! The bath towels are great quality, thick, fluffy and white, just how I like them and what we use at our home. Victor is very prompt when responding to my requests for cleaning items like broom and vacuum. We wanted to keep the floors clean for our two year old. When there was a slight issue with the hot water, Victor sent someone to come right away to fix it. The location of the property is in a gated community with a clubhouse with a small gym, restaurant, pool and a sand-beach like area. The community is well kept with beautiful trees and gardens and truly well maintained. We rented a van for the whole duration of our stay and explored the island very well. We checked almost all the beaches. Aruba is beautiful. The people are friendly. This property truly made us feel at home. Oh, and the private pool in the back is a great addition..our kids loved getting in the pool after an afternoon spent at the beach. Thank you Victor and team for making sure that our stay is as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your attentiveness.

While the house itself was beautiful, we did encounter some issues. The laundry machines had lint and made all our clothes collect lint, the fridge still had food from previous customers, some of the dishes were scratched and even dirty when we took them out of the drawers.

We had a great experience staying here. Couldn’t be happier :) extremely clean ! Everything you need for the beach & your stay was there. Nicely decorated & close to everything. Disappointing Stay

The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. After arriving we had to go and buy batteries for the air conditioning controls before we could turn the air on in some of the rooms. The pool was dirty, there was only one light bulb above the dining table, no kitchen towels or dish clothes and only 5 plates in the kitchen when we were a group of six. We only found 3 bathroom towels and 2 wash clothes in the house. I contacted the owner and he said he would forward the problems to his property manager. She did respond but could not speak English. She attempted to communicate with us with an app on her phone but it was almost impossible to tell her anything. They did clean the pool and she showed us drawers at the end of the full beds that had bath towels in them but still no wash clothes. We didn’t get wash clothes until later and 3 dish towels and no dish clothes. We never received any plates or pot holders. The house wasn’t stocked with all the necessary things and if you speak English you will have a problem communicating with anyone that is sent to assist you. The internet was intermittent so watching TV or using your phone on the internet was frustrating. The swimming pool is small and there are no hand rails to use when entering the pool. The steps are very slick and one of our guests stepped on the first step and fell backward injuring his back. I would not rent this again for the money I paid. You go to Aruba to enjoy your vacation not to deal with all these issues.

Xmas break in the Gold Coast

Our family of 7 people spent the week at this property during Christmas break. This was our 4th visit to Aruba, and the townhouse is in a great location within a gated community with 3 pools and even a restaurant which were all wonderful. The condo is 2 min from Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach by car and also close to the center of town. The townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, it has 2 full baths and 1 half bath, the additional bed is downstairs within a pullout couch. The property was clean and well maintained, it included all of the basic necessities such as cooking utensils, beach towels, beach cooler and even a washer and dryer. The outside space included a small pool and bbq grill which was nice. Overall we had a great stay in the only downfall was that the beach chairs that were in the property were broken and unusable. We reached out the the property manager and he said new ones had been ordered but had not arrived. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend the property for anyone who is looking to stay in a non hotel location in a great part of the island.

The property was excellent. Very spacious and clean. Check in and check out was very simple and Victor was extremly helpful throughout the whole process. Location very close to beach, restaurants, shops and other locations. I highly recommend this.
