Er zijn spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op het eiland vanaf de vuurtoren.
Wij bieden een comfortabel en ontspannend privéhuis, waar het pur-motief allemaal aangenaam is ingericht in de prachtige turkooise kleuren van het ZAND & ZEE ... Een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken is een gastronomisch genot voor de chef-kok !!
Er is een overdekte overdekte GAZEBO W / BBQ om te dineren en zitplaatsen voor 6 aan onze TEAK houten eettafel. Er is een nieuwe tweepersoons slaapbank in een aangename palmstof. Onze buiten natte bar is compleet met koelkast en blender; perfect voor het mixen van verfrissende drankjes !!

De steen. & marmeren zwembad CABANA gebied heeft comfortabele Teak chaise ligstoelen; allemaal omgeven door bamboepalmen en andere tropische tuinbloemen. Er is een leuke buitendouche voor die openluchtervaring na een uitnodigende duik!

Onze uitnodigende Arubaanse Casita biedt 3BR / 3 BA accommodaties met paradijselijke slaapkamers: 2 KING MASTER kamers met eigen badkamer; de "PALM" kamer, de "EILAND" kamer en onze 3e slaapkamer KONINGIN "SEASHELL" Slaapkamer heeft een aangrenzend bad. Ons luxueus comfortabel beddengoed biedt 18-inch dekmatrassen en donzen kussens en 600 treden met linnen.
De twee KING en-suites hebben beide dubbele wastafels en glazen blokdouches voor 2! Er zijn op maat gemaakte jaloezieën en gordijnen die uitkomen op de leefruimte buiten. Dit luchtige pergola en stenen overdekte gewelfde tuinhuisje heeft een mooie dimbare kroonluchter en leidt naar ons heerlijk heerlijke zwembad langs het marmeren cabana-pad.

We genieten van de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van de verbazingwekkende vogels van Aruba in onze rustige DIVI-boom en de voortuin in de voortuin ... onze favoriete ontbijtbinnenplaats! Tranquilo'

Het huis is uitgerust met 4 split Airco omvormers; een in elk van de 3 slaapkamers en een 3Ton-eenheid in de gemeenschappelijke woon- en eetkamer.

Er is een 8 "gescreend PATIO deur en alle mahonie binnendeuren die privacy garanderen voor alle gasten in deze uitgestrekte een verdieping, 2000 m². ' villa.

Het interieurontwerp op maat is erg plezierig met de turquoise Caribische kleuren. We hebben aangename binnenmuurfoto's van Aruba's favorieten - Natural Bridge, Lighthouse & Seascapes, enz., Beoordelingen van gasten hebben het "Interieurcomfort" & "stijlvolle voorzieningen."

De LR is uitgerust met luxe Italiaanse lederen bank & loveseat, een 55 '4k LG-TV en SONY dvd-speler met een dvd-bibliotheek selectie!

De nieuwe gastronomische keuken is prachtig met een 9 'ruime granieten eiland met kan 30 "roestvrij spoelbak, LG apparaten & Cuisinart kleine apparaten in de ruime 20x17' keuken. De nieuwe LG omvormer 24 cu 'koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine en gefilterd water heeft het gemakkelijk toegankelijke paneel van de deur in de deur. Onze roestvrijstalen omvormer DW is uitzonderlijk stil en onze 5-pits roestvrijstalen kachel is een genot om af en toe op te koken!
Er is een AVANTI 28 wijnfles capaciteit koelkast en nieuwe stapelbare, energiezuinige Electrolux wasmachine en droger!

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The property manger is excellent and was very helpful for our first trip to Aruba. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

The house was lovely ( just like the pictures which sometimes is not the case)It was very well appointed from the decor to the upgraded incredibly stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The patio and pool area were wonderful.It was a pleasure and dealing with the owners Angela and Nora and the house keeper Maria .Any little issues we had( like How to use the multiple TV remotes) were dealt with quickly .We will definitely be returning to this properly again in the future

The first thing we consider when looking for a rental is the outdoor space - Sand n' Sea has a wonderful outdoor space. There was plenty of seating in and out of the sun, the grounds were well kept, and the furniture was comfortable. Maria was our onsite contact and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful villa.

Great location, nice house - but be careful of the details

The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, making it a comfortable place for our family stay. However, there were a few significant issues that detracted from our experience.The listing stated there was a guest house, but it was locked and inaccessible to us throughout our stay. Additionally, both the listing and the welcome book promised access to a club area. Unfortunately, when we tried to use it, we were rudely escorted out by staff who informed us that the owners were not members. After several attempts to reach the owners, we were told they couldn’t call the club on our behalf due to surprise “laryngitis”. They also revealed that their membership had not been renewed, despite the club managers stating the owners had never been members.While we enjoyed the house itself and would consider staying again, potential guests should be aware that access to community facilities is not available despite what the listing and owners claim.

Enjoying Aruba

Our stay at Tierra Del Sol Sand n' Sea Villa was incredible. We would not want anything different. Everything was clean and well maintained. We spent a vast majority out back either in the pool or in one of the many seating options. What was nice about the seating options was some were in direct sun light some in the shade, some in partial shade. The Island Sisters are wonderful hosts. They truly care that you have a great vacation in Aruba. Thank you Island Sisters hope to visit you next year

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

Amazing villa with exceptional outdoor living space!

Aruba is like no other place. There is a reason they call it “The Happy Island" but what made our trip even better was the amazing house we called home. Angela and Nora have gone above and beyond with the amenities and making guest feel welcome. They have taken extra steps in making sure guest are well informed not only with the villa but with amazing experiences on the island. Our family can’t wait to return and call the place home (at least for a week) once again. Thank you for everything you did to make the trip our best vacation yet.

Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

WOW- What A Great House

Everything we were hoping for, plus some. Incredible backyard space with multiple options with great privacy. Great location with proximity to beaches yet in a quiet area. Great communication throughout with no issues arising. Thank you!

Perfect in every way.

This house is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, equipped with everything you could need or want for an island vacation. Our hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. They even welcomed us with champagne and snacks. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Aruba.

Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

Sand n' Sea Paradise

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us and we will definitely be back!

Aruba Again!!!

A very well appointed villa from the washrooms, to the bedrooms, to the covered patio and a must have pool. Location is fantastic being an easy drive to great beaches, excellent grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Ten days was not enough and we look forward to renting this villa again. Absolutely wonderful!

This property was everything promised and more! It was exceptionally clean and filled with every modern convenience you could imagine! Angela was there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome with special valentine treats and a thorough walk-through of the house. The Island decor throughout the house was delightful, with no detail overlooked (even mood lighting in every room). We felt "at home" immediately, enjoying our morning coffee under the Divi tree (listening to the many birds) and lounging by the pool throughout the day. All in all, this was truly an exceptional vacation experience and we hope to return!
