The villa includes ample driveway parking, and all major beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 5–15 minute drive. Prefer not to drive? Taxis are reliable and easy to book in the area, and many local tour operators offer pick-up directly from the property. Ride-hailing apps are also available and can be used for short trips around Noord or to Oranjestad.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. Each guest receives two white bath towels and a beach towel for ultimate relaxation.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with two hand towels each – one for immediate use and a second conveniently placed in the drawer or closet for your convenience. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
Note for larger groups
One of the bedrooms is a two-room family suite. The second room (Pelican) is accessed through the first room (Palma). This setup works beautifully for families or groups who prefer to stay close, but it may not suit adult couples who want fully private bedrooms.
Additionally, two of the bedrooms are private apartments with their own separate entrances.
