'Taj did great job on rooms and gym etc. however this is pet friendly resort and many people leave their pet poop as is. This is a reflection on those uneducated guests not Taj per se. some guests hang their dirty laundry out front. May be Taj can become strict about this kind of behavior. Because it’s Taj after all and people pay premium for experience'
'Excellent hotel. Courteous and prompt service. Wonderful property. Minor drawbacks are that it is quite a bit out of town, although that gives a nice 'deserty' feel to it.
Internet should really be improved. It is not free (i would expect free wifi at a hotel of this level), and quite unstable (frequent relogins).
However, all in all you will regret for a second staying here'

The food was fantastic, the staff BAKED fresh gluten-free bread for my wife when we informed them that she has issues with gluten!! They were polite and efficient. I even made Bajra rotis for her. They went out of the way every single thing. I will definitely recommend everyone to go and sample this marvelous property. My wife and I loved it ABSOLUTELY!

'This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. They are rude to the staff, loud, the restaurant is treated like a roadside dhabba, they are in the pool fully clothed with grown adults throwing around frizzbies like it’s a children’s water park.
