'This property was perfect for our family. We were in Omaha for a baseball tournament and a couple of games of the College World Series. Much more affordable than staying in Omaha and just a short drive on I-80.'

'Everything was great with the exception of the communication with the property manager (I had to reach out to them on the day of my stay to ask for the address and access information as it was never communicated to me prior to that), and the shower did not work- the tub worked, but the valve to switch it from tub to shower was broke so I had to use a cup from the room to wash my hair. '

'This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...

'Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. We rented a pontoon at the marina and ate dinner one night at Val's in Valpraiso - which was excellent. The house was clean and had everything...

'We stayed here for a family wedding outside of Omaha. The neighborhood is nice and everyone had ample room. The house is a little older and could use a bit of fixing up. This was accurately reflected in the photos for the most part. However, for the time we were there and the price, it fit the bill. Host was great and very responsive! '
