'Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.'

'My room was so far up that going to the pool or jacuzzi was nearly impossible, too many steep steps, and if you add the altitude of the area, it’s hard to breath. I went to bed without dinner because after going up and down twice, there’s no way I could do it again and it’s too far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again '
