'We had a great time on a family vacation. The property is beautiful and located on the river. We watched Bald Eagles, other wildlife, the boys fished a little on the dock. We were close to town which was nice as well. Centrally located for putting the boat in at various boat ramps. Our primary goal was smallmouth and walleye fishing on LOTW and other lakes in the area. '

'We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Superior. The cottage was lovely and a great fit for two young families.'

'Clean & well maintained. Lovely tall windows providing lots of natural light, Comfortable living room. A/C only in the living room but fans provided in each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable & extra pillows were provided. Hand held shower head was mounted too high for a petit person like me to reach, however a hand held is preferable to a fixed shower head. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices & supplies. We enjoyed our stay.'

'The house was ready for us when we arrived. There were two kayaks and one big canoe we could use any time. The area is very quiet, even though there are many cottages around. The hosts are very cultured and discreet. '

Absolutely beautifully finished, very clean, has literally everything for all ages and really is a full experience, relaxing luxury escape and entertainment experience. Plenty of room and all the conveniences... highly reccomended and ill be sure to return again. Julie was a great host, very organized and promt with replies for any enquiries and special asks. Nothing negative to say at all! '

'Upon arrival, owner had no clue we were due to arrive. Yet our credit card was charged. Neither Expedia nor Vrbo could resolve the issue after hours spent on chats. If there was a score below terrible that would be appropriate.'

'My friend and I stayed in one of the tiny cabins this past summer and it was such a cozy stay! They have a little farm on site, which was fun to go look at. It’s a 3-5 minute walk down a trail to the lake, where you can go for a swim, a kayak ride (they had some to use), or float around on floaties for the afternoon. The bathroom house was really clean and lovely to use. The communal fire pit area is beautiful as well. 10/10 stay and will be booking for next summer as well! '
