"Le check in a pris presque une heure, arrivé à 15h je n´ai eu ma chambre que à 16h. La vue depuis les chambre sur le lac est superbe! Les chambres sont plutot datées et la salle de bain minuscule, assez vielle et devrait etre totalement changée! L´hotel est resté dans son style années 70, cela a du charme mais à coté des autres palaces autour qui eux ont gardé le vrais charme 1900 il y a du travail de rénovation à prévoir. La piscine a été rénovée et est très agréable! Le petit déjeuner est plutot bien sauf les oeufs : une sorte de bouillie qui goute le poisson et était inmangeable !!!"

"Nice and really beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms on the last floor have an interior staircase which is really cool. Also there is an underground tunnel that takes you to the nearby Grand Hotel Dino which looks like something out of a James Bond movie. Because of this you can also use the other hotel amenities which has more restaurants and an extra pool. Good continental breakfast and nice rooms and really helpful staff."

"Vanaf het moment dat je aankomt, voel je dat je in een écht vijfsterrenhotel verblijft. Alles straalt luxe, en aandacht voor detail uit. Wat dit hotel echter echt bijzonder maakt, is de sfeer. Ondanks alle luxe voel je je er meteen thuis en volledig op je gemak. Het personeel behandelt je met oprechte vriendelijkheid en respect. Je wordt niet alleen als gast ontvangen, maar als een gewaardeerd persoon, met net dat extra speciale tintje waardoor je verblijf onvergetelijk wordt. Binnen een aantal dagen weten ze jouw naam, kamernummer uit hun hoofd en komen ze ‘s avonds je favoriete Italiaanse ijs brengen op de kamer. Alfonso, Allesandro en Vito van het hotel bedankt voor onze leuke week! De combinatie van een prachtige accommodatie, uitstekende service en een warme, persoonlijke benadering maakt dit hotel absoluut een aanrader. Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf en kijk er nu al naar uit om terug te komen. Het uitzicht van de suite kamers met meer uitzicht zit nu na 2 weken thuis nog steeds in mijn hoofd."

"Mooi maar groot hotel met zwembad in het centrum van Stresa. Kamers in klassieke stijl ingericht, enigszins oud. Veel personeel aanwezig, soms iets teveel , met name bij het ontbijt."
