The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad.'

'Douchecabine was niet schoon. Wc dicht op doucheset waardoor weinig ruimte voor afdrogen. Niet erg fris. Hadden dubbele kamer en tussendeuren konden niet openblijven en je had er telkens het pasje voor nodig. Niet handig met kinderen en in en uit lopen, badkamer ene kamer stonk vreselijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien maar onze kamer 301 a en b is vooral qua badkamer aan update toe. Uitzicht beperkt. Parkeren goed. Zwembad zeker aan update toe. Restaurant ernaast maar geen ontbijt mogelijk. Zou...
