'Mooi hotel. Ontbijt is OK. Kamers ook. Zeer mooi zwemdok, dat dagelijks gereinigd werd, maar men zou de ontbrekende mozaiksteentjes in het dok toch moeten vervangen vooraleer het een verouderde indruk geeft.We hadden wel verwacht dat het hotel in Tamarindo aan het water zou liggen wat niet het geval is, zodat we 's avonds niet veel konden doen.'

'A little oasis! Gorgeous garden with a pool. The staff is superkind! Special thank you to Nancy, Mario and Endy! The complimentary dinner is sometimes great, sometimes mediocre but breakfast is always terrific. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The beach is frequented by locals and tourists alike and a great place for surfing from beginners upward. The hotel's beach area is very nice with a small pool. Only minus is the costs of tours and activities. Tamarindo has something to offer...

'I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great.
