'Planet Hollywood is a fantastic all inclusive hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the managers named Diana, was very attentive to my fiancé and I during the stay and made our comfort and happiness her priority.
I will definitely visit again. '

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door.
W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'

'What an awesome experience! The very friendly and attentive staff really add up to this beautiful and relaxing place. Especially the area with volcanic heated hottubs, surrounded by the forest, is spectacular. The horse riding tour which ended ziplining on the compound is a must. Had a lot of fun with the guys, who where true professionals! We will come back for sure!'

'It’s a great budget resort. The “entertainment” staff was excellent. They bring great energy without being pushy. The gym needs help. Our sliding glass door was broken and couldn’t be locked. While at the pool, the smell of sewage was bad if the wind shifted. '

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '
