'Check in was a disaster as no body there after 5pm tried to check in using there computer system wouldn’t recognise booking number had to call them online they told me the booking number from hotel.com was different to Expedia they gave me the Expedia number to check in it took over 15 minutes to complete check in then I find they charged my card for the stay which I had already paid in July had to contact them again to get reimbursed I am still out of pocket due to the transaction fees charged...
