'The building is an authentic ottoman era reconstruction. My only negative comment would be that it was a bit difficult to arrive by taxi as it is right inside the castle wall. The manager arranged for a car to take us to the airport at 7:30 AM, which was a lifesaver.'

'In the picture the hotel looks so neat and nice. We were welcomed with a cup of tea. The hotel room card had a malfunction. Every time you went in and out the card reader kept making 4 or 5 high pitched beeps. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that they would fix it but nothing was done. They also had no other room available. 2nd problem, the toilet lid did not stay up, so it kept hitting your back when you were sitting. Furthermore, no buffet but a standard plate with cheese,...
