'I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive. '

'Good location, private Ghat, good service. Have stayed earlier and experience has been great always. However I have one suggestion that since many people visit Haridwar due to holding prayers , hotel should look at feasibility of this offering check in time of 15:00 hrs and check out time of 13:00 hours'
