'Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!'

'Quiet and quaint for a true WV country feel. Close to WVU without the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Check in and check out were hassle free and easy. Great communication from the owners. Little cafe across the street is lovely. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!'
