'Staff and amenities were great! We stayed in the large La Ceiba accommodation that has 2 rooms and an open air kitchen. Had a great stay. Went birding and rafting. Richard was very accommodating and Orlando was vet helpful friendly and professional. '

'Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again.
Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....

'The staff, property, free breakfast included with our expenses was phenomenal. The pool and beach chairs were easily available. The staff was very friendly and always in a perfect mood and spoke English very well. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach and we look forward to booking again with Infinity Bay!'
