'We have stayed at this house from 28 April up to 02 May with 10 adults. The house, the garden, the pool. the BBQ and the rest were as promised. We all had a very pleasant stay with enough room in and outside the house for privacy and thinks we dit together. We even found four bikes in the garage and although these bikes will need some maintenance we used them all. Mike from the maintenance team was a very relaxed and helpfull guy and we direct felt comfortable. '

'Der Urlaub drohte der reine Horror zu werden, Flüge gecancelt, Stunden in Flughäfen verbracht, Gepäck verloren... Dann kamen wir in der Villa Sunrise an und alles wendet sich zum Besten. Sehr schöner Ort um auszuspannen und sich zu erholen. Villa ist sehr sauber, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alex der Verwalter ist sehr zuvorkommend und sofort da, wenn man was braucht. Sollten wir je wieder nach Bulgarien kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall die Zeit...

'Property filthy owner says it was cleaned but it wasn't everything was covered in mice poo, dead bugs, stained, broken, pool unclean, access terrible, chairs filthy bathrooms disgusting, bedding not fit, curtains all stained, broken cooker, no gas for 5 days, poor communication with owner very dismissive, half the house unusable due to broken furniture et. 'We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this hotel, The apartment room was lovely modern and spacious with large balcony and furniture. Everything worked perfect and was very clean. Great spa facility on site and small gym. Large swimming pool was very nice. The all inclusive food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner even snacks and drinks. Very delicious Bulgarian and international food with a large variety of fresh salad and meat everything you could want, Very good chefs and waiting...

'The location was perfect for our needs a car Is definitely required. The appartment didn’t have sufficient things to cook a basic meal. No oven or microwave and just a basic 2 pan hob. The pool is very nice and large. We had to ask for a toaster and kettle to be supplied. Overall we managed to get by but would have been perfect if more cooking items were provided. The view is beautiful from the balcony.'
