'The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay...

'I booked this hotel because of pool. When we reached at the hotel there was no water in pool. Three days We asked to fill the pool but no one cared.*'

Only thing I was bothered that I have booked online and the price shown in while booking was some price including taxes but the hotel denied to take the amount and charged a higher amount- for 1 night. I have celebrated my wife's birthday and paid a good amount for food aswell but the room charges they took was not according to the price of your website.'
