'The place itself is really nice, it has beautiful views, good location (only 15m drive from the ski area), has tv, internet, kitchen, all the stuff you'd want out of a place like this.Unfortunately the bathroom didn't get cleaned from the previous renters. There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash. 'The house and property are wonderful and a unique experience. The host is very friendly and successfully provides a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and even had juice and cream for your coffee. We enjoyed our time in Tucumcari and recommend the train and dinosaur museum, as well as the historical society.'

'Our patio did not have chairs, requested for two to be brought to room. That did not happen . Sad such a small request could not happen. Valet’s service was good, but seemed like an inconvenience for staff to assist. Overall rating would be 3.5. They could do better'
