'Old Taos Guesthouse is nicely located 2 miles drive from Taos Old Town Plaza. (Stop at Taos Cow ice cream shop on the way into town!!) The price was very reasonable & included breakfast, which was delicious. The property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is with our particular room (#7). 'My husband and I spent two nights during the off season (late September) and everything was perfect. Most of the amenities in the ski village itself were already closed, but the resort was quiet, the hot tub was open, the restaurant served us daily, and the setting (nestled in the crest of the mountains) was amazing. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a great stay in a beautiful location. We Loved it.'
