'This was a great place to stop and stay overnight while on our way home from Thunder Bay . It was busy during day with tourists but quiet and peaceful at night. Everything on site - gas station, restaurant, store, LCBO. Great apple fritters!!'

'This seems to be a new hotel so the facilities were in excellent condition. All staff were very polite and aimed to make out stay comfortable. Breakfast options however should be improved to include real scrabbled eggs and boiled egg instead of the dry almost processed/synthetic tasting and rather dry scrambled eggs.'

'Room was very clean and comfortable. Check in went very smoothly. The beds were comfortable and the vibe of the entire place was comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this motel.'

'The best part was the restaurant. The rooms were outlooking on the backside (old railway), the room was not very clean, a lot of dead moth butterflies. In the area nothing to do even not on Canada day. We didn't like staying in this motel. Thanks to the restaurant who offered a good meal.'

'Again was a great stay, rooms super clean, great service, the only negative is they removed the coffee maker in the room, I like to enjoy my coffee in my pj quietly before getting ready, hopefully they re-add them to rooms. Coffee is available 24hrs in dining area. '

'Big Bird Inn in Wawa is very convenient, easy to access and comfortable. It also feels like family. I met a lady working at a gas station nearby and right as we checked in to the Big Bird Inn, I met her daughter who checked me in! So lovely?'

'The rooms are so nice and it’s in a beautiful area up on a hill just outside of Wawa. There is a bbq and patio area which we will definitely make use of on our next stay.'
