'Good location, great lobby and roof garden with great views. But the room is bad, bed is so low, blanket is very old shouldn't use, not enough light in the room and bathroom. The let only one light bulb in the room and one in bathroom. Won't book this hotel again'
'Arrived to zero welcome after a six hour journey from Phnom Penh, tepid bottled water to drink, aircon struggling, no fridge and a power outage within half hour of arrival was enough to convince us to walk back to the main road ( as transport options were also zero). After a lengthy time trying to secure a tuk tuk back to town, bear in mind no drivers are wiling to come out to this address, we eventually made it back to Battambang and booked into a city hotel. Much relief 😅 but had to forfeit...
'Hotel is just like a good three star hotel should be. Pool, gym equipment (outdoor, but this is Cambodia), and rooms clean and effective. It's not exactly modern, but most of the outlets are in the room I stayed in. Decent WiFi speed too. Of note, you cannot reserve rooms online anymore. Good that I found this on Expedia, but the reservation didn't carry over.'
'Our stay was easy from beginning to end. We spent the mornings exploring and used the hotel as a comfortable base between trips. In the evening, it was simple to head toward the city center for food, shopping, and a walk around the busy streets.'
