'The room was very clean and everything in the room was up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. We needed help with something in the room and they came right away. Breakfast was delicious. We left early for the temple one morning and they even made a breakfast to go and the pool was amazing on a very hot day. The hotel is very walkable to the city center, which is nice.'
'This hotel is amazing. The type of place where everybody jumps up as soon as you walk by in case you need anything. Holding every door open and assisting with pulling up chairs. They remembered my name and were very helpful in every way. Booking excursions etc.'

'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'
'Super mooi en luxe hotel. Alles is nog nieuw, en schoon. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk groot bed. Veel keus bij het ontbijt, en erg lekker. Het hotel ligt wel afgelegen, dus is wel handig om eigen vervoer te hebben, anders dien je alles met tuk tuk of taxi te doen.
Het zwembad is groot en relaxed, met een groot bioscoop scherm, waar gedurende de dag films afgespeeld worden.
Het eten in de diverse restaurants is ook heerlijk.'
