'Room was not really clean, your bare feet went dirty on the floor. Wifi was not working smoothly, had to reconnect several times and speed was slow. Television was not perfect, some channels had no sound, others were blurred. Otherwise no complaints.'

'Staff was a little slow with the coffee. Free breakfast was marginal. I opted to eat close by. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Can walk across the street to get to shopping and restaurants(wide selection). Overall great hotel for the price.'

'Close to the airport. Very clean room. Accommodating to our gluten free diet for breakfast(s). We liked being seated at table and ordering breakfast instead of a cafeteria style which other hotels offer. The staff was very professional. My only concern was we didn’t swipe our card in the elevator to ride up to our floor. I would have preferred to swipe my card for security reasons.'

'When I was checking in the receptionist wasn’t at the desk. I waited for at 15 mins if not longer to check in. A staff member walked pass myself and others and went out the door without asking if we needed assistance. The bed is terrible to sleep in. It’s low and uncomfortable. I was in a floor with pets and I didn’t have any pets. Anybody who doesn’t have pets shouldn’t be on the same floor with pet owners. I heard a lot of dogs barking and there was a odor on the floor. The breakfast is ok,...

'Room was awesome. Requested a room in the original hotel. Huge deck goes around the building on the second floor. Chairs for sitting outside. Pool was spectacular. Loved the low deck areas. Had a couple of lounge chairs in the shallow water. Waterfall was nice. Hot tub was nice, but not as hot as they are in other places. Water in bathroom took forever to get hot, but once it got there. It was hot. Double headed shower was great. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion all wonderful.'
