'Despite my talking to the front desk and requesting several times, they never cleaned my room. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me. So I had different adult staying in this large room because we were there...

'What a wonderful welcome we had. We got in late, with our kids, and had just intended to sleep on our way to Orlando. Mom and dad needed to unwind but the bar was closed. The gentleman who checked us in recommended some wines, that are available through the hotel and grabbed us some wine glasses. We are so grateful for his extra care, even when we were there for just a short stay.'

'The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out.'
