'The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants to choose from (quick eats to nice steakhouse). We ate at multiple restaurants at Santa Ana Star and they were all very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back.'

'Our stay was okay overall, but there were a couple of serious issues that really impacted our experience. A major concern was the pool. It looked absolutely disgusting, yet there were no signs, barriers, or any communication indicating that it was closed. We almost let our three young kids get in before deciding to trust our instincts because the water looked so bad. Later, we found out the pool had actually been closed the whole time. A simple sign or notice would have prevented the confusion...
