'We had been staying at a different hotel, but that entire property lost hot water so we needed to move somewhere else in a hurry because my entire family still needed to shower. Luckily the Comfort Inn and Suites had vacancies for a very last minute booking, and I’m so glad that they did! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was SO sweet and friendly. 'Welcoming staff. Room had a very strong air freshener smell like it was trying to cover up an oder. I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled. This just tells me the cleaning staff hurried through the steps without care. The carpet and chair gave a grungy feel to the room. Some people might overlook all this but don't so I wont be...
