'The brown sheets and brown towels are a negative, it is hard to know if the sheet and towels are clean! It was decorated cute. It did need some maintenance.'

'We chose this hotel because it's located inside Hot Springs park We are glad we did.The park is beautiful and the " down town" is within walkable distance. The hotel itself is a little older, no elevator, some peeling paint etc. But the rooms were clean..The beds and pillows comfortable..The staff was great.. We liked that the hot tub at the hotel is fed by the same water that is available at the springs We will stay here during our next visit to Thermopolis'

'This was a decent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Check in was clunky. No on-site staff, so everything is via phone; Filling out vehicle info, uploading drivers license, paying deposit online then waiting for a code to get into my room was not what I was expecting when I booked. Cost was reasonable, just be aware there's a little extra work involved in getting your room.'

'For the price the place was ok. But location is everything. Wifi in our room was poor. With is even worse because the tv als worked on the same poor wifi. We did get daily housekeeping with these days is pretty remarkable even compared to more expensive places.'
