This cozy semi-detached house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood in Norden. There is plenty of space for up to 5 people, including pets.

In the living area, you’ll find a large L-shaped sofa with an armchair and a view of the smart TV. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which seats six. The adjoining kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy cooking during your vacation: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds, another closet, various toys for children, and a seating area in the light-filled bay window. The shower room, featuring a double sink and a washing machine, is also located on this floor.

The terrace is furnished, and the garden has been lovingly landscaped.

The first floor has tile flooring; the bedrooms are carpeted.

Pets (dogs) are welcome!

A vacuum cleaner is available in the storage room. A crib and a high chair are also available free of charge!
