Come stay in our "almost" beach front little cottage.



We are beach side with just a few steps to the brand new beach access

boardwalk. There are no streets to cross and the walk to the beach is just few

sips of coffee away.



We have a Queen Size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living

room.



We have a large Smart TV for your streaming pleasure and are pet friendly with

Wi-Fi and parking that is just outside your door.



We have a nice sandy lot next door for walking dogs.



### **The space**



Make some memories at this vintage cottage, and family-friendly place. We are

"Beach Side" with just a short walk to the fantastic Chesapeake Bay Beaches.

No streets to cross!



We are pet friendly and offer the following amenities: Large Smart TV, High

Speed Wi-Fi, Off-Street Parking, Window AC, Full Kitchen with Stove, Back

Deck, Charcoal Barbecue Grill, One Queen Size Bed and one queen size sleeper

sofa.



This is an older home in very close proximity to the beach; ideal for the

beach-lover looking for a cost-friendly option to vacation or travel with a

longer term stay.



This little beach cottage is one of the last remaining beach boxes built

during the 1940's. As such, there are vintage-touches still in place.



Sandy Mutts has many of the original features such as tiled bathroom and

electric baseboard heating system. There have been some upgrades which include

the window AC unit, fresh paint throughout both inside and out. If you are

looking for modern perfection, this may not be for you. Our pictures are

accurate and show the home as it is. We have tried to make it a cute,

comfortable and an economical place for small families or couples to enjoy our

beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches.



There is a brand new beach access boardwalk and stairway that will allow for

easy access to the beach. Parking is right next to your front door, just off

of East Ocean View Ave. We are close enough to the beach that occasionally we

can hear the waves, but the dune blocks our view. The walk to the beach is

less than one minute and there are no streets to cross.



The full bathroom has a combination Shower/Tub. We have a small back deck

which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.



The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses

and will allow for cooking family meals. We have a dining table that sits

four.



There is a sandy lot next door to us that is perfect for walking your dogs.



Smoking is not allowed inside, however we are perfectly fine with it outside

on the deck or porch.



This is a family enterprise and as such we are happy to offer our home to

families and smaller groups that are traveling or seeking to enjoy our

beautiful beaches. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We do have neighbors

close by and everyone is entitled (by law) to the "quiet enjoyment" of their

homes - including you as our guest. Please respect your neighbors. Any parties

will be immediately shut down and evicted with the full forfeiture of all

monies paid as well as the security deposit.

The whole home will be only for the guests.



### **Other things to note**



We are Beach Side - almost beach front, but not quite!



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
