This Beautiful home was built in 1907 and sits directly on the water of the Chesapeake Bay. We have just completed a partial restoration with all the modern amenities. You can enjoy your own private dock for fishing or mooring your boat.



This cottage has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It sits directly on the water - it's perfect for fishermen and wildlife lovers as geese and ducks are all around.



This home features a downstairs Master bedroom - 1 Queen Size bed and 1 Twin Size Bed - that opens onto the deck overlooking the bay. The master Bedroom on the upper floor has wonderful views of the Bay and features a King Size Bed. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen and a Twin and the 4th bedroom features a Queen.



We can easily accommodate a larger group (piling in) if you provide your own sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or sleeping bags.



Wonderful outdoor decks overlook the Bay and make for a great place to enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones.



This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a private dock, a full and fantastic kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.



Fish from your backyard or on the fantastic private dock.



We are pet friendly (with a $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees Pet Fee, payable in advance) and have a large smart TV in the living room along with high speed WiFi.



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood. Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings. Parties, Gatherings or other "Get Togethers" are not allowed without prior permission.

** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - this unit is for family units ONLY! No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We live next door to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" - No "Inviting a few friends" - No "Cookouts" - No "friends stopping by for a visit" - No "Wakes" - No "Funerals" - No "Birthday Parties"!!!!



All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **
