'Hampton Inn was perfect. Check in staff was extremely helpful with check in and help with request for airport shuttle early next morning. Hotel was close to airport. Room Was clean . Morning staff also helpful with check out and airport shuttle schedule. We chose Hampton due to proximity to airport and availability of airport shuttle.'

'The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon.
