We got a room on the ground level floor at the end of the hall for quicker exit/enter since I have dogs and it was a huge suite, definitely was not expecting that! 'The stay overall was great, but this wasn’t an ideal fit for my family. I’m sure others would enjoy the experience, but as a new mom I need the general conveniences that come with most 4-Star or better hotels. Think room service, concierge, room turn-down, crib/pack-n-play, etc. In all fairness, I’m sure we aren’t their target audience!
