'Staff was amazing. Room was soo clean. This is an animal friendly hotel and I knew that before booking, but this is also from the reviews the best hotel in town. I’m very impressed at the fact that you could not find dog hair anywhere in this room. It was extremely clean. Only thing is you could definitely smell prior dog in the room. 'There was an amazing amount of beverages and snack items available near the front desk. Anything from cold sodas and water to wine and beer could be purchased. The breakfast was fine. There were pancakes, toast, bagels, and premade omelets and bacon. Not a lot of choices but enough to start your day. I’d stay here again because of close proximity to Norfolk airport.'

'Rooms were clean and good for a traveler on the go. Nice size lobby with a pool table, tv and board games. No swimming pool and needed to have outside trash cans emptied.'

'There was garbage, including used gum, on the floor of the room when we arrived. A bedspring stuck out of the mattress and cut my husband’s leg, and the room (a suite) was incredibly old and dingy. Never again.'
