'Ok, the prices for this room and any of the Colonial Williamsburg properties are expensive, but staying directly on the colonial streets was really nice. It gave us the opportunity to walk to restaurants and to simply walk the site that is Colonial Williamsburg. The room was decorated in the fashion of the time with a canopy on the bed etc. It wasn't large but was nice. We enjoyed our stay'

'There were human nails on the balcony. No blankets for pullout sofa bed. The staff needs to remember who the customers are. Maybe more training. Delays on checking in. Rooms weren’t available. Nor longer a 5start facility.'
