'I loved the 24/7 coffee maker in the dining area to make your own cup of coffee anytime. Also in the lobby-- free lemon water to pour yourself a cup anytime. Also a popcorn machine in the lobby to help yourself to free popcorn anytime. The extra amenities are a nice touch.'

'They put us in a “renovated” room, it was dirty. The bed was dirty. The sheets, blankets, and pillow cases had makeup and marks on them like they haven’t been washed. The second bed looked like it had clean sheets but the mattress protector was nasty and dirty like they don’t wash or change those out either. The sheets come off the bed, like putting full size sheets on a queen bed. The sheets smelled like sweat. We went down twice to ask for new sheets and they seemed confused and I was told I...

'The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin.'

'Expedia let us down by not paying our payment to the hotel so we spent 45 mins on the phone to Expedia in the reception trying to explain that we had paid and they needed to moat the hotel but they were all A bunch of idiots at Expedia. Receptionist was unhelpful at first but eventually warmed up to our predicament. Room was lovely and breakfast was amazing'
