This 2 bedroom, 2 baths furnished home is set up around your comfort. Perfectly situated 1.5 miles from campus and the NCED Conference Center allows you to come and go quickly, while enjoying OU games, visiting students, or attending trainings.

Smart TV and large, comfy couch are perfect for game night, afternoon nap, or watching The Office for the millionth time. The kitchen is fully stocked w/ dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric oven/stovetop. In-house washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. And for your dog, there are; dog bowls, a large wire kennel, and of course, a fenced-in backyard.

Home base during SoonerCon

We arrived Thursday at check-in time (4pm), dropped our bags and then headed over to the Embassy Suites for setup. We got back to the house a few hours later and collapsed on the super-comfy sectional sofa. And that pretty much describes the next 2 days! We showered, slept, cooked and ate there. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and the duplex was a chilled-out haven. My friend had high praise for her bed (she was in the primary suite), mine was comfy too, and both of us loved having our own bathroom. If you’re going to do a lot of cooking, it’s probably a good plan to check with the host (very responsive) on any specialty cookware or appliances you might need — the kitchen is covered for eating and drinking, but we ended up buying an aluminum-foil casserole pan — we should’ve asked! Would definitely like to stay here again, and we found Joel to be a dependable and unintrusive host — thank you so much!

OU Graduation weekend stay

We had a pleasant stay during OU graduation weekend. The house is located close to the campus. It was clean and the fenced yard enabled our dog to run around and play. Owner was flexible with us checking out a bit later and that was much appreciated.

Cozy spot in quiet neighborhood

The property is older and a little small, but was very clean and well maintained. As there were only 2 of us staying it was the perfect size for us. The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, within a quick drive to the OU campus. The host was extremely communicative and worked with us to accommodate schedule changes after weather interfered with our original itinerary. It was a great stay!

Great Stay in Norman

Wonderful stay in Norman for a job interview. Property owner was communicarive and gave great guidance on shopping and food. We visited Thunderhead Lake and enjoyed our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Stay

I rented this property for 6 nights the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect spot to relax with my dogs. The host was incredibly helpful and communication was great from check in to check out. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place

Love the convenience of location to OU and OKC. Dog friendly with crate, etc makes it nice, the backyard was not as big as expected but we made do. Off street parking was a plus. The code on the door is ‘touchy’ so good thing a back up key was provided. The dining room stools at the table were awkward to sit at. The power went out-no fault of anyone, so we checked out early. Would stay again if in the area.

Convenient location for all things OU

Stayed in this home for graduation. Easy to get to anywhere on campus and only about 15 minutes to Main street dining. Owner was very easy to deal with and treated me fairly. Location would be fantastic for Football or Basketball events.
