Across the street from OU’s Campus, and just a 7-minute walk to OU’s Football Stadium, this two-story duplex is the perfect stay for families, friends or group travelers looking for a comfortable and walkable place. Built in 2012 and recently renovated in 2024 including new appliances and furniture, The Red House features two separate, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath units available for rent. This is the perfect location for tailgating before football games or a convenient stay for all events around Norman.

The Red House doesn't get much better if you're looking for the exciting atmosphere of Game Day! Situated right across the street from campus on the corner of Lindsey and Elm Ave, you can't get much closer, not to mention your own designated parking and short walk to the stadium.

Both units are recently renovated and fully stocked for your convenience. We are looking forward to sharing our new space with you!

Living Room:
Comfortable couches and seating for everyone, with extra throw blankets for extra comfort. Please use the Roku remote for turning on the TV.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, Keurig machine

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) is a very large room with a full bathroom connected.
Bedroom 2 is a queen room with a full closet and a ceiling fans
Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a full closet and a ceiling fans.

Each Bedroom has its own sound machine and usb plugs on their night stands.

In each bathroom we provide essentials such as shampoo, conditioners, body wash and towels. Additional towels can be found underneath the sink.

The Boomer Side (Unit 1) has its own private entrances using a keypad on the front doors. The main door entrance is on Lindsey street under the Unit 1 Boomer sign. The upstairs balcony is a shared space with access through both units

We would like to point out that our location is on a busy corner lot, a couple blocks from the OU stadium.

Because of the location it provides an incredibly convenient spot to tailgate in the front yard or at the designated tailgating OU spot across the street.

Great stay for college visit (will be coming back hopefully!)

Booked this place for official college visit for our son. Great location. SPACIOUS and close to everything (I can see why someone would book this for OU events/college football games/etc). Clean, easy access, and even though we took 1 car, there are 6 spots for 2 units. Again, looking forward to trying to book this for future OU football games.

Red house on campus

I think it’s perfect place to stay for fall or football games. They’ve done a nice job on inside. It is right on campus and next to frat houses. The house sits on corner of a light so a lot of traffic and loud trucks. It was cold when we stayed so we were indoors a lot and trouble sleeping plus the master bedroom was freezing. I would recommend if you are into tail gating and football.

LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Y'all we stayed at this house for the Tennessee/Oklahoma game. It was incredible!! Tailgate spots are straight across the street and less than a 10 minute walk to the stadium!! We were in the Boomer side (it's a duplex). It has been newly remodeled, spacious and just absolutely adorable. Highly recommend. Also, Norman is beautiful and the people were beyond nice. You can't go wrong with this house. Enjoy and GO VOLS!
