'This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back '

'Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need.
Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. '

'Good location but not for car parking.Didnt realise it was on the top floor (my mistake) my back certainly didnt thank me.Cleanliness the rug was dirty and underer the sink was very dirty.Only one glass.But brilliant view of the pitch and near enough to town and the outside theatre.'

'Good location, very comfy bed, overall clean, pots were not clean and had food residue on them. No parking included and not highlighted on booking, this was about £10.80 a day and a 5-10 minute walk away. '

'Abbi the host was always quick to respond to any messages. The apartment hàd everything you could need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location for York, really easy on the park & ride. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone.'

'Bedford House was amazing, the owners were fantastic, we had to change our dates at short notice they were very accommodating, thank you, we had a lovely 3 night stay and could have stayed longer, we were very lucky with the weather, we would absolutely recommend Bedford House but would not book through Hotels.com again, absolute nightmare of a company, when we tried to change our dates they told us that they could not do it as they could not contact the owners so we looked them up on their...
