'I stayed here for 2 weeks and think this would be my go-to hotel anytime I come back to Chicago to see friends and family in the future. The room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. There was more lighting in the room than most of the hotels I've stayed at, which I liked. On weekdays it was so quiet and peaceful. On weekends, there were loads of children making a non-stop ruckus using the halls as a playground but never after 10 PM. But the weekdays were very serene. It's next...

'It was easy to check in and the employee was very nice. The location is a little intimidating at night time but overall the hotel was very nice. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. I would stay here again if I needed too.'

'This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. 'It’s an ok place to stay for a night if you are in town for a function . Room was clean enough. Not much of a breakfast but coffee was good enough to give us a boost in the morning. '

'I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....
