'This is a 19th century house renovated into first floor and second floor apartments. It’s a great alternative to some sub-standard area hotels. Nice touches in the 2nd floor unit are hard to beat: Plush towels, very comfortable beds and good quality sheets, and good living space. The kitchen is furnished with every appliance, pan and utensil you need during your stay. Very clean. Nice color coordination and not over-decorated, it feels like it could be home if you lived there. Generous...

'The Lola is such a lovely, cozy suite! The amenities and features were amazing, especially the bathroom, hot tub, bed, lighting fixtures, and fireplace. The only thing I wished is if check-in was a couple hours earlier to give more time to enjoy our stay! If you’re looking for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy yourself, this is it!'

'We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll...

'If you are looking for convince, caring host, private and so much more than this is the cottage for you. From the little touches to the peaceful exterior, the firepit and all the exterior seating they offer. We had such a great stay i could go on and on. We loved how close it was to the activites in Sylvan without the noise of some of the places we have stayed at. The privacy we had staying was wonderful. I would recommend this cottage to everyone coming to Sylvan beach. '
