'PROS: The host was responsive. The house is centrally located. We were able to get to most locations in Brooklyn within 30 mins with traffic. If you know NY traffic, that’s a good thing. 'We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. 'Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc.'
